Dear Surrey Circle Health Reader,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With January haven come and gone, we\u2019re now now well along into the enmasse vaccination programme with around 1 in 8 of the UK population haven now received their first jab, mainly thus far given to the over 80\u2019s as well as our incredibly dedicated and hard-working NHS front-line staff.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Seeing this third peak slowly rescinding with that all important \u2018R Number\u2019, the reproduction number, now dropping back below 1 in most areas, reportedly as low as 0.7 in some, let\u2019s trust and hope that hospital admissions, and of course deaths, will continue to slow up, having this past week passed the 100,000 mark in the UK, with now over 2,000,000 globally having reportedly passed away due to Covid 19.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
